Change of Mind Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for

opened, used, or worn products.

For eligible change of mind returns:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to

the original payment method.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging where applicable

Our team will review your request and work with you to provide a suitable resolution,

which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a product fault or an error on our behalf, SLPSTRM may

cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 5 business days for return requests to be reviewed once received by

our team.

Approved refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment

provider or financial institution.
